MIN PIN RESCUE

Friends of Penny Min Pin Rescue, Inc.'s mission is to improve the lives of homeless and abandoned Miniature Pinschers, to rescue, love, and respect them in the spirit of humane care, compassion, and kindness. Friends of Penny will provide foster care, transport, adoptive homes, veterinary care, and animal protection for its rescued animals. We will also provide advocacy, humane education, and other services and information for the wellbeing of Miniature Pinschers.

All of our Min Pins will go to their Forever Homes completely vetted. All will be spayed or neutered; all of their vaccinations will be up to date; they will be microchipped; and they will be heartworm negative and be on monthly heartworm prevention. If there are any other medical or behavioral issues, they will be addressed prior to adoption, as well. The dogs' needs always come first: ALWAYS! We will protect, improve, and save the life of any Min Pin, regardless of the financial, physical, or emotional cost of doing so.

Friends of Penny Min Pin Rescue, Inc. is a non-profit, volunteer-based rescue corporation registered with the Secretary of State of North Carolina. Our volunteers give their time, their money, and their hearts to save Miniature Pinschers' lives. They do this only because of their love of the breed. 100% of your adoption donations and any other donations received are used to pay the vetting costs of Min Pins within the rescue. Frequently, our medical costs for the care we give a particular Min Pin may well exceed the requested adoption donation substantially. All administrative and operational expenses are paid solely by the volunteers, not the rescue. All donations that Friends of Penny receive go directly to the Furkids, a non-profit, no-kill min pin rescue .

Min Pin Rescue is a non-profit organization registered in the State of NC comprised exclusively of volunteers. Our group is dedicated to rescuing, fostering, transporting, and otherwise coordinating efforts to help minpins in need find their way to loving, permanent homes. Each rescued MinPin is treated with special care. They are evaluated by a veterinarian for common health issues, are given required medical care, spayed or neutered and microchipped. We screen every applicant very carefully to ensure that they understand the responsibilities involved in caring properly for a pet. Our responsibility is to place our dogs into homes that will best meet their needs, both physically and emotionally. During this process, our pets are safely and lovingly cared for in private, approved foster homes in which we observe and evaluate each minpin for temperament and behavior, continue with the pet's socialization and training, and provide for their physical well being and health.
